Admissions Coordinator
Madison Academy is seeking a full-time Admissions Coordinator. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and pays close attention to detail. Additionally, this candidate should have a developed relationship with the Lord. This position requires active engagement and support with families in the Madison Academy community. The candidate will collaborate with colleagues in the admissions department and other school staff. We are seeking a candidate with at least a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field and at least three (3) years of full-time work experience in sales, marketing, or recruiting.
- Represent Madison Academy well, creating a positive first impression and accurately sharing the MA brand.
- Organize and participate in on-campus and off-campus Admissions events that represent MA Admissions to the community.
- Develop strategies to attract families who align with the mission.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications plans targeting prospective students and their families throughout the recruitment funnel.
- Create and deliver multichannel communications, including email marketing, print materials, digital campaigns, and web content aligned with the school brand and enrollment strategies.
- Utilize data analytics and campaign performance metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
Substitute Teachers
Madison Academy is seeking dedicated, adaptable substitute teachers to support the PreK-12 school. An ideal candidate demonstrates strong classroom management, a clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ, and a commitment to Christ-centered education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Valid Alabama teaching certificate, substitute teaching license, or eligibility for certification (preferred)
- Clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and alignment with Madison Academy's spiritual mission
Responsibilities
- Execute provided lesson plans with fidelity to maintain instructional continuity
- Maintain a structured, safe, and Christ-centered classroom environment conducive to learning
- Actively support and mentor students during classroom activities
- Maintain accurate attendance records and leave thorough notes regarding student progress for the returning teacher
- Communicate effectively with school administration and faculty
- Uphold the mission, values, and spiritual life of the Madison Academy community
CDL Drivers
Madison Academy is seeking licensed CDL drivers to transport students for school field trips, athletic events, and extracurricular activities. The ideal candidate should hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class C with passenger endorsement) and be able to operate passenger buses safely and efficiently in full accordance with state regulations and federal laws, ensuring a secure environment for our students and staff.
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
- Inspect the bus thoroughly before every operation.
- Obey all Federal, State, and Local traffic rules, regulations, and safety laws.
- Complete accurate written reports and logs as required.
