To begin the online application process, apply here and submit a non-refundable fee of $125. Then log into your account and provide the information necessary to create a new student application for your child.
You will be asked to supply three emails for references, depending upon your child’s grade level. Once you submit your application, your references will receive an electronic referral form. They can bubble in their responses and send the form back to us within minutes. These referral forms will serve as your reference letters.
After the admissions department receives your child’s application, we will schedule a time for your child to complete an entrance exam, interview, shadow a Madison Academy student, and request unofficial records from their current school.
Applicants in grades 1 through 6 are encouraged to spend a day shadowing a student on campus! Applicants in grades 7 through 12 are also given the opportunity to shadow per request. An entrance exam will be administered to evaluate your child’s placement in our academic programs during his/her shadow day. Children applying to PreK3 and PreK4 will be evaluated with a school-readiness tool.
Once we receive your child’s reference letters, unofficial records, entrance exam results, and referral letters, we will create a profile for our Admissions Committee to review. The decision of the admissions committee will be communicated through written notification.
