The Athens Bible Invitational on October 21 was the last regular season race for our cross country team. Michael Ruh, Josh Wolfe, Marko Milosavljevic, Jacobi Wilfong and Tannon Hedges all set personal records in the boys varsity race.
In the girls varsity race, Sarah Bailey finished as an elite runner in the top 20 in the 1A-3A school category. Emily West set a personal record and just finished out of the elite runner category at number 22.
The teams travel to Scottsboro on November 5 to participate in the Section 5 meet. This will determine which runners are eligible to participate in the state meet on November 15th. Good luck to our Mustang runners!
