Madison Academy introduced a new dining experience in the fall of 2017 – the Mustang Café! We have partnered with Chef Advantage to provide dining services that elevate the “old school lunchroom” to a new standard of excellence.
The Mustang Café offers an expanded variety of options for all students, with an emphasis on healthy choices, including gluten-sensitive and vegan options. Chef Mark Bole is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a Masters Degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Meetings Management. He also holds a culinary degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburg. Chef Bole is on campus full-time to personally oversee the preparation and service of our Café and the menu offerings. Below are two of the multiple station options that will be available.
Students will also appreciate the new cafeteria furnishings, with expanded seating in individual chairs!
The cafeteria format will be à-la-carte, and a value-priced “Mustang Special” combo meal will be available, with the menu changing daily. Menus are available online so you may help your child in planning their lunch options.
