Admissions Process

Fill out the Inquire Online form to create an account that will allow you to schedule a tour, an interview, and track online the status of your admission.

Reserve a spot on one of our regularly scheduled private tours.

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account and submit a non-refundable fee of $75.  Then log into your account and provide the information necessary to Create A New Student Application for your child.  You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your child’s application at any time by selecting the Student’s Name. 

After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging into your account.  There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, and if necessary reprint the supplemental forms.

After all of your forms are submitted, schedule an Interview with the admissions staff. At your interview, we will schedule your son or daughter for a day-long experience at Madison Academy with one of our student tour guides. The decision of the admissions committee will be communicated through written notification.  At your enrollment meeting, please bring your completed schedule request form.

An entrance exam will be administered at Madison Academy to evaluate an applicant’s placement in our academic programs.
